Define what each row, mark and result means before designing a workbook. The three levels develop concrete source, view, calculation and consumer contracts. Every lesson includes five developed sections, two explained examples, three diagnostic mistakes, two worked exercises, takeaways and specific official references. Arabic explanations preserve the full questions, qualifications and worked reasoning in the same structure.

Use small independent oracles to challenge duplicated totals, unexpected denominators, running calculations and stale copies. All Tableau expressions, model diagrams, GUI and hosted plans remain unexecuted runnable:false illustrations. Only complete standard-library Python programs run in isolated temporary storage using public synthetic data. No workbook engine, account, server, cloud site, database, source or administrative service is accessed.

What you will learn

  • Preserve source identity and grain through relationships, joins, unions and preparation.
  • Explain aggregate, LOD and table-calculation results through explicit populations and stages.
  • Design understandable interactions, calendar comparisons and accessible reader journeys.
  • Review extracts, hosted access, permissions, licensing boundaries and delivery evidence accurately.
